DAN RATH is a multi-award winning, internationally touring Australian comedian with enough parking ticket debt to cripple a small European country. He has watched his car get cubed by the government. He has been disrespected by his colleagues and is bruised and battered with nothing to lose. His low status means he has heightened cortisol production and is not equipped to take a gentle ribbing. He has a diverse set of interests including prime numbers.
In 2025, Dan’s latest hour of stand-up ‘Tropical Depression’ was awarded Best of the Fest at Sydney Comedy Festival and the Director’s Choice Award at Melbourne International Comedy Festival. In July this year, he was selected to perform on ‘New Faces of Comedy’ at Just For Laughs, Montreal. Dan’s debut special ‘I’m Not Doing Well Folks’ (2024) was released by 800 Pound Gorilla and has amassed over 100k views on YouTube to date. He is the co-host of cult-hit comedy podcast ‘Neurotic News’, alongside Damien Power.
